The Sherwood Forest Trust

The Sherwood Forest Trust is the only charity working exclusively for Sherwood - protecting & restoring our historic landscapes over 181sq. miles from Worksop to Nottingham. This historic Royal Hunting Forest of woodland, heath, farms & settlements is the world famous home of Robin Hood legends, and the ecologically important home of some of Europe’s greatest trees, with lowland heathland that is as rare as rainforest!
As a charity we rely on your support to help Sherwood survive for future generations of people and wildlife - you can help protect our precious landscapes, from large parks and nature reserves to small hedgerows and ponds for wildlife by making a donation or becoming a ‘Sherwood Supporter’
